SALARY :

  • R896 436 – R1 055 958 per annum (Level 11).
  • (An all-inclusive salary package)

CENTRE :

Head Office: Tshwane,

REQUIREMENTS :

  • An undergraduate qualification in Business Management, Public Management or Social Sciences at NQF 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • Three (3) Years’ experience in an Assistant Director (Junior Management) level in a Business Intelligence (BI) environment is required.
  • Knowledge of the South African Constitution.
  • Knowledge of Immigration Act, Refugee Act and Citizenship Act.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the Citizenship Act and Identification Act.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Civic Services Legislations and Prescripts.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Regulations Act.
  • Knowledge of Service Model, Operating Model, Revenue Model and Delivery Model Design.
  • Knowledge of Public Finance Act (PFMA) and National Treasury Regulations.
  • Knowledge of International Immigration Practices.
  • Knowledge of Government Programme of Action and Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF).
  • A valid drivers’ license is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours.

DUTIES :

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for, amongst others, the following specific tasks:
  • Manage the coordination operations of Business Intelligence (BI) for the Branch.
  • Manage the collection, review and validation of customer data and conduct audits.
  • Manage the monitoring of analytics and metrics results and implement of new data analysis methodologies.
