Kern doel van die pos:

• Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry aan die Handelsbesigheid en die geleentheid hê om saam met die Handelspan te werk.
• Die rol bied die kans om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer, besigheidsinsig op te doen en te ontwikkel tot bestuursvlak.

Minimum vereistes:

• Graad 12 (Rekeningkunde, Landbou- en Handelsvakke sal voordelig wees);

• Belangstelling in ’n loopbaan in handel en landbou;

• Belangstelling in kliëntediens en bemarking;

• Bereidwilligheid om binne die streek te roteer;

• Geldige rybewys;

• Gesertifiseerde afskrifte van jou matrieksertifikaat en rybewys moet die aansoek vergesel.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;

• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);

• Sterk probleemoplossingsvaardighede;

• Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudings te handhaaf;

• Ambisieus en selfgedrewe.

Verantwoordelikhede:

• Lewer uitstekende kliëntediens en dra by tot groei in markaandeel;

• Goeie organisatoriese vaardighede;

Main purpose of the position:

The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to the Trade/Retail business and work closely with the team to develop new skills, gain business insight, and grow into a management-level role.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Accounting, Agriculture, and Business-related subjects will be advantageous);

• Interest in a career in commerce and agriculture;

• Interest in customer service and marketing;

• Willingness to rotate within the region;

• Valid driver’s license;

• Certified copies of your matric certificate and driver’s license must accompany your application.

Skills:

• Strong communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;

• Computer literate (MS Office);

• Problem-solving skills;

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
