Job Title: Parts Manager
Location: Motus VW Fourways
Motus Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager with strong Volkswagen brand knowledge to join our team at VW Fourways. The successful candidate will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Volkswagen parts and components and a proven ability to manage a high-performing parts department.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of the parts department, including ordering, stock control, and inventory management

Ensure accurate and timely supply of parts to technicians and customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Monitor sales and inventory performance to maximise profitability

Develop and implement strategies to drive parts sales

Train, supervise, and motivate parts department staff to deliver excellent customer service
Minimum Requirements
-
At least 5 years’ experience in an automotive parts department, preferably within a Volkswagen dealership

Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications

ASE certification in Parts Management

Experience with Volkswagen dealership software systems

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related fiel
