Create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers.
Drive sales and turnover by motivating and inspiring team members to achieve sales targets.
Ensure visual merchandising standards deliver an attractive and engaging store experience.
Maintain a clean, neat, tidy, and fully replenished sales floor at all times.
Effectively manage stock levels, stock losses, and shrinkage.
Ensure all products are correctly priced with appropriate price stickers and/or signage.
Conduct stock takes and cycle counts, investigate variances, and escalate shortages or discrepancies to the Area Manager.
Ensure point-of-sale and banking procedures are followed and report any concerns to the Area Manager.
Adhere to all store standards, operational policies, and procedures.
Execute all operational activities within the store effectively.

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service.
Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational requirements.
Basic proficiency in email and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to demonstrate and promote products confidently.
Ability to create an energetic store atmosphere that motivates colleagues and encourages repeat customer purchases.
