Job Description
- The HR Programme & Organisational Consultant will partner with HR teams to deliver end-to-end HR initiatives within a dynamic Corporate and Investment Banking environment.
- The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management capability, organisational development expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with Heads of HR and Specialist Heads, the successful candidate will:

Deliver and recommend improvements to enhance business effectiveness and HR transformation.

Drive organisational change initiatives and cultural transformation programmes.

Analyse HR processes and employee survey feedback to improve efficiency, engagement, and employee experience.

Recommend and implement enhancements to HR systems and processes to add measurable business value.

Build credibility with senior leadership through insightful analysis and trusted advisory support.

Deliver new or enhanced operational processes by clearly demonstrating business benefits.

Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.

Provide consulting and advisory support on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and transformation projects.

Support the execution of strategic HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Facilitate change management initiatives across the business.

Support talent management, performance management, and diversity and inclusion objectives.

Prepare insights, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Monitor project implementation, quality, and delivery against agreed timelines and project plans.

Ensure clarity of expectations by allocating deliverables and actively engaging within the HR team.
People Specification
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (NQF Level 7).
Experience
-
Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience.
-
At least 3 years’ experience in a management consulting or advisory role.
