Job Purpose
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch by effectively overseeing staff and resources, delivering excellent customer service, and driving revenue growth through sales and collections.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly branch loan application and sales targets.

Promote credit loan products to new and existing customers.

Assist customers with loan applications and queries.

Manage branch staff performance and productivity.

Ensure effective cash management, collections, and compliance with company policies.

Maintain high standards of customer service within the branch.
Minimum Requirements
-
Certificate or Diploma in Micro Lending Frontline Service (NQF Level 4)
-
Certificate or Diploma in General Management (NQF Level 5) – advantageous
-
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Microfinance
-
At least 2 years’ experience in a junior management role
-
Valid driver’s licence
-
Intermediate computer literacy
