About the Programme
We offer a dynamic 12- or 18-month Internship Programme designed to equip unemployed youth with essential workplace skills and hands-on industry experience. Successful candidates will gain valuable exposure within the wine and spirits industry while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Determine stock to be merchandised

Draw up stock requirements

Check product quality, vintage, stock rotation, and price tags on shelves

Execute merchandising activities according to the cycle brief

Provide feedback on customer queries, complaints, and requests

Maintain product and promotional knowledge

Accurately record merchandising activities

Execute store calls in line with the call cycle
Minimum Requirements

Aged between 18 and 28 years

NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate

Seeking workplace experience as part of an internship

No prior work experience required

Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a professional environment

N6 TVET Internship: 18 months

Stipend

R3,500 per month
