Requirements
Applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields, as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA):

Duties
-
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment of NARYSEC participants within the district.
-
Engage local stakeholders on NARYSEC recruitment processes.
-
Prepare recruitment advertisements in consultation with the Director and place them at key local points.
-
Arrange and facilitate orientation sessions for newly recruited NARYSEC participants.
-
Facilitate the recruitment process by ensuring compliance with criteria and submission of required documentation to the Human Resource Unit.
-
Facilitate the signing of contracts by recruited NARYSEC participants.
-
Coordinate the vetting of successful applicants through relevant security services.
-
Capture participant information on the NARYSEC Information Management System.
-
Coordinate and manage NARYSEC participants enrolled in the programme within the district.

Monitor participant attendance and participation and compile monthly reports.
-
Maintain and update records of participants enrolled at training colleges and leadership programmes.
-
Support the coordination of community service activities for participants within the district.
-
Facilitate and coordinate logistical arrangements for training, meetings and events.
-
Administer attendance registers during training for the payment of top-up stipends.
-
Administer the payment of top-up stipends.
-
Compile monthly reports on participants who have absconded or are inactive, for purposes of freezing or terminating stipends or additional allowances.

Coordinate and facilitate skills development initiatives for NARYSEC participants within the district.
-
Facilitate and coordinate career guidance sessions in collaboration with the Deputy Director: Skills Development.
-
Facilitate the signing of training commitment letters by participants.
-
Educate participants on the payment and conditions of additional allowances.
-
Conduct monthly visits to training venues to monitor attendance and training progress and compile reports.
-
Coordinate, facilitate and support economic opportunities for NARYSEC participants.
-
Identify and engage stakeholders to support economic opportunities.
-
Facilitate partnerships to promote NARYSEC economic initiatives.
-
Link participants to identified internal and external economic opportunities.
-
Facilitate and coordinate business support for NARYSEC enterprises.
