Job Description
Ellahi Consulting is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Car Rental Agent to join a reputable car rental agency based at Cape Town International Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while actively promoting rental products and services at the front desk.
Location
Cape Town International Airport
Working Hours
Rotational shifts between 06:00 and 24:00, Monday to Sunday.
Salary
-
R8,500 per month, plus overtime and commission
Requirements

Completed Matric certificate

Proven customer service experience and/or training
-
Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field

Sales experience will be advantageous

Valid driver’s licence (Code 8 preferred)
