Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve the annual sales budget by meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets to ensure business sustainability.

Manage and control all financial aspects of the store to ensure profitability.

Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand requirements to ensure an optimal product mix.

Ensure effective stock management and control to minimise losses and maintain product availability by monitoring stock-related risks.

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant internal and external service providers.

Manage human resources effectively, including recruitment, workforce planning, and accurate payroll administration.

Inspire, motivate, develop, and hold team members accountable.

Align staff with company culture while fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
